La Sughera is a small apartment with garden and private pool with sea view, near the small town of Riparbella
La Sughera is an annex of a two-room apartment on the ground floor of the owner of Casale La Bellaria and consists of:
Private entrance, parking and part of the garden.
Living / dining room with kitchen with dishes, pots, American coffee machine, mocha, gas stove, fridge / freezer, iron and small ironing board, electric stove. Satellite television. Vacuum cleaners, detergents.
Open space kitchen with table and chairs, double sofa bed, bookshelf.
Bathroom with shower.
A bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables.
Mosquito nets on every window except the large door window.
At the entrance of the apartment there is a covered veranda with table and chairs ideal for outside eating.
In the part of the garden there is a pavilion with a sofa and chairs.
Sun beds and trees in the garden.
The 12×6 pool with Roman steps is only a few meters from the apartment. Uniform height 150 cm. Solarium with sun beds and umbrellas. The pool is only available to guests.
From the solarium you can enjoy a 180 degree view of the sea (Cecina, Elba Island, Corsica on clear days) and the villages of Montescudaio, Guardistallo, Volterra, Montegemoli, Querceto and Valdicecina.
Wi-Fi internet. Very good position to make tours for eight seeing.
Animal on request, the garden is not fenced.
