The host is a passionate cook and will prepare different types of dinners and tastings for you.
83 hectares of forest, fields and park surround the villa, offering complete privacy. Take a sunset stroll, passing oaks and myrtles, returning to dine on fresh ricotta and pecorino produced by the closest neighbors, one kilometer away.
The house is located on the ground floor and consists of a very well equipped built-in kitchen, dining area with large barbecue, living room with pool table, library, 3 bedrooms with double bed and bathrooms (shower and bathtub). Equipped terrace, private swimming pool with salt water, solarium with sun beds and umbrella, Turkish bath. Great park.
The owner lives upstairs and as time passes he can prepare typical local dishes or pizzas made in a wood oven.
