Villa Sole with pool situated on the crest of a hill in the heart of the Etruscan land, just a few kilometres from the sea and famous places like Bolgheri, Castagento Carducci, Volterra and S. Gimignano.
Villa Sole homestead was renovated between 2009 and the first month of 2010 respecting the typical Tuscan style, and offers accommodation for 20 persons, all rooms have private bathroom. A secluded location for peaceful breaks….If necessary the house can be divided into two comfortable and independent apartments, one for 8 people “Small” and one for 14 people “Big”.
The big apartment for 14 people has two bedrooms with bathrooms on the ground floor, one double and one twin bedroom, living room, kitchen, fireplace, dining area and 4 double bedrooms with four-poster beds and bathrooms on the first floor. This apartment also leads to the “turret” which has two single beds a small bathroom with a washbasin , toilet and shower. All the rooms on the ground floor and also one of the bedrooms of the Small apartment access the garden that surrounds the house.
The Villa has a private parking area, a shaded porch with two large tables, a brick BBQ, a children’s swing and a beautiful heatable 12×6 meter infinity pool…In short, the ideal place to spend pleasant evenings with friends without fear of disturbing neighbours, perhaps in front of a Florentine Chianina steak tasting a Bolgheri DOC.
The villa is equipped with wi-fi connection which is not free and managed by a local authority.
