Casa Roccamare is a beautiful private Villa recently restored, situated inside the pinewood of Roccamare, private mediterranean area near the beach and at only 2 kms from Castiglione della Pescaia centre. The villa is ideally suitable for outdoor living and is located on the ground floor with patio doors opening onto the front terraces that covers an area of approx 2500 sqm.
Casa Roccamare is a summer house consists of 6 bedrooms (2 of them on the ground floor) and 6 bathrooms. There is a modern living room, dining room which opens onto the outside terraces equipped with sofas and dining table. A fully equipped kitchen has an oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, gas burners. Laundry area with washing machine and iron.
Internet, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer are available. The house is for non-smokers. Animals are not allowed.
The beach can be easily reached by feet in some minutes walking and the guests have their own private beach cabin with table and chairs and a private cabin (to be used as a changing room or to store beach equipment). Also you’ll have armchairs and umbrellas on the beach. Access to this area is not allowed to outsiders.
The villa is surrounded by a private park, equipped with a sitting area and three private covered parking lots are available.
Roccamare has a beautiful sandy beach where you can walk and a beach with crystal clear water. Around the area there are all kinds of entertainment for children and adults, tennis courts, bars and restaurants. A cycle path leads to the town from the exclusive pine forest of the villa.
Only 2 km away is Castiglione della Pescaia, a well-known seaside resort with a small port, good restaurants and for strolling along the beach promenade or in the center of the village. Ancient district with the castle of Castiglione and a wonderful view of the sea.
