Villa Cristina, framed by cypress trees, the view falls not only on the charming and typical Tuscan hilly landscape, but also directly on the picturesque village of Palaia, which is part of the province of Pisa.
The property is surrounded by carefully tended gardens (2,000m²) and a private olive grove (10ha) with its own organic olive oil production as a swimming pool (6mx12m).

An open dining and living area with two large panoramic windows and a fireplace is the focus of the ground floor, which merges seamlessly into the large, well-equipped modern kitchen. The spacious villa (280 m²) has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and is suitable for all seasons. Underfloor heating on the 1st floor and air conditioning.
A few steps from the kitchen is the spacious, shaded dining terrace with a huge table from which you have a wonderful view of the cypress trees that adorn the forest that surrounds the villa. A second outdoor living area with stylish and very comfortable sofas is located on the pool house terrace, which is directly opposite the villa on the lush lawns that surround both buildings. These spacious outdoor areas include a beautiful private pool (6 x 12 m) with sun loungers and parasols, which you can reach with a few steps from the house via the immaculate lawns.
The property is only a ten minute walk (private road and electric gate) from the village of Palaia where there are several small grocery stores, a pharmacy, a pizzeria, a hairdresser, two well-attended bars and four very different, but typical restaurants right in the village, two of them are located with a beautiful view.
Even in autumn and winter, the ambience impresses with a lovely color palette, as the ever-green cypress, pine and olive trees and the evergreen borders that surround the property do not create a dreary autumn mood.
The mood at Christmas is very attractive and contemplative (including few tourists).
