Piccola Casetta is holiday home (semi-detached house) of about 130 square meters and divided into three levels and which is close to the provincial road that leads from Cecina to Casale Marittimo
Piccola Casetta you reach through the main gate you get into the front garden and the entrance to the house to the living room, which is equipped with sofa and satellite TV, lounge with table and chairs, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is a twin room with a large panoramic terrace, small bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and small terrace, bathroom with shower. On the ground floor is the very well equipped kitchen with table and chairs, direct exit to the fenced garden with gazebo and a small pool for refreshment. Barbeque. In addition to the kitchen there is a small fitness room, bathroom with shower, and pantry. Parking space in front of the house as well as behind the house with direct access to the garden. Dogs are welcome. Air conditioning / heating.
Casale Marittimo can be reached in 5 minutes by car, here there are good restaurants or pizzerias. Or you can go to Cecina or Cecina Mare where you will find restaurants, coffee houses and good ice cream parlors.
The sea at Cecina Mare (7km) has free beach as well as bathing establishments, or there are the near sandy beaches of Marina di Bibbona or Donoratico.
Good starting point for excursions to the famous cities like Volterra or San Gimignano, Lucca or the nearby Bolgheri known for its good wines. From here you can follow the wine route to Castagneto Carducci.
