This characteristic country house, recently renovated and tastefully decorated with elegant antique furniture, blends perfectly the original tradition with modern comforts.
The private outdoor area is suitable for cycling, trekking and Nordic walking. Thanks to its beautiful panoramic position, guests can enjoy an extensive panoramic view of the surrounding hilly landscape with lush Mediterranean flora and fauna.
In just 30 minutes by car you can reach pristine beaches and creeks, as well as famous vineyards that produce well-known Tuscan wines such as Sassicaia and Ornellaia. In Bolgheri and its surroundings, these wines can be tasted in friendly wine bars.
The country house extends over two living levels. The main entrance leads to the entrance area with staircase to the upper floor and a small bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with stone sink, dining area and an antique fireplace. Two doors lead from here to the garden and the laundry and ironing room. Next to it, there is a cozy living room with wood burning stove and a twin bedroom with mosquito nets over the beds and a French window opening onto the garden.
A brick staircase leads up to an anteroom on the first floor and further into the sleeping area with a double bedroom with a small guest toilet, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Domestic equipments:
Internet Wi-Fi, satellite TV, DVD player, HiFi system with CD player, washing machine, dishwasher microwave, water show. Filter coffee machine, Mokka, ironing board and iron, cribs, highchair, hair dryer, mosquito nets over the beds, toaster, blender, mobile barbeque, books and magazines. Air condition.
Outside:
The house is surrounded by a 23-hectar aerea with and mixed forest culture and Mediterranean vegetation. Around the house there is a lawn of about one hectare with a variety of flowers and planets, enriched by comfortable, open-air vineyards that invite you to linger outdoors. The property is fenced.
Pool:
The fully fenced, rectangular (12 x 4m, depth: 1.50m) pool is located about 70m from the house and is reached about a small path with few steps at the end. The pool is lined with a PVC tarpaulin and has a ladder. The pool surround is laid with terra cotta tiles, the sunbathing area is characterized by a lawn area equipped with sun loungers and sun loungers. For the shadow seekers, there is a small covered area.
