Casolare al Borgo, a tastefully furnished house with a breathtaking view of the Tyrrhenian Sea in the municipality of Casale Marittimo
Casolare al Borgo is about 5 Minutes from Casale Marittimo and offers enough space for up to 8 people. It has been converted into a beautiful house after traditional restoration and it is surrounded by a big garden with olive trees and a swimming pool of 12×4 m. You reach by foot the borgo medievale in only five minutes.
The house offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is divided a follows:
On the ground floor there is a nice living room with fire place and dining area, as a well equipped kitchen which is 2 steps up and a pantry. Bathroom. Terrace with a wonderful view of the sea, there is also a barbecue with gas and a lounge for relaxing and watching the beautiful sunsets.
On the first floor, which can be reached by means of a spiral staircase, are two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with tube and shower)
On the second floor which can be reached by means of a spiral staircase are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom with bath tube and shower.
