Casolare Nocciolo is a farmhouse and located on the slopes of the medieval village of Querceto, in the municipality of Montecatini Val di Cecina, in the province of Pisa and about 20 km from the coast.
Casolare Nocciolo, a stone farmhouse on two floors. Private seasonal in-ground outdoor swimming pool.It overlooks approximately 45 hectares of its own surrounding land, a significant area of which is devoted to the cultivation of hazelnut trees. Their fruit, the hazelnut, became the iconic symbol of the estate and gave the house its name.
Its position on the hill, facing south and with a view that extends from the Castello di Querceto to the characteristic village of Sassa, extends over small towns whose original character characterizes the border area between the Val di Cecina and the Val di Cornia.A The particularly impressive appeal of this country house lies in its wonderful views.
From the south-facing large pergola with dining table and comfortable chairs it is just a few steps to a brick barbecue that is fired with wood. A romantic path leads down to the infinity pool (10×5, 140 deep) which is fenced in for children’s safety. Next to the swimming pool, a small room was equipped with fitness equipment. A charming terrace with garden lounge sofas and armchairs around an inviting fire bowl completes the external picture. The country house extends over two floors, both of which have a separate entrance, but are connected inside by a common staircase.
