La Pietra a country house is an original typical stone house that has been carefully restored. It is located in the municipality of Casale Marittimo
La pietra can accommodate 8 people, divided into 4 rooms, all with private bathroom. Access to the ground floor is possible both through the kitchen and the dining room; both overlook the covered colonnade with tables and chairs. The kitchen is very special and furnished in Tuscan style. It has a fireplace with built-in stove. In the adjoining dining room there is a tiled stove for heating the rooms and the whole house thanks to the ventilation system that directs warm air to the first floor. From the hall with sofas and TV you can enjoy a beautiful view.
The window in this room actually looks like a picture that keeps track of the year-rounds. On the ground floor there is also a room with bathroom and direct access to the garden, a guest bathroom and a private laundry. On the first floor we have three en-suite bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. The portico, thanks to the roof can be used even in rainy weather, overlooks the barbeque area and the fenced swimming pool with large area and sun loungers.The pool is 10x5m and 150cm deep. The country house also has a large tavern with stocked kitchen and table, hall with a beautiful fireplace, sofas and TV. In the tavern there is also room for a ping-pong table, in a separate room we also have a treadmill and various games for children. The use of the tavern is not included in the price of the stay and can be reserved independently of the overnight stay. The country house has air conditioning and a traditional heating system with wood burning stove. The pool is heated on request.
