La Pinetina a characteristic stone farmhouse is just 10 km from the beaches of Marina di Cecina and 4 km from the village of Riparbella, which was renovated in 2011 and maintains the characteristics of the Tuscan style. It has two independent living areas, each with separate entrances, each with its own outdoor area, parking, garden, pool and private grill.
The surrounding country, 7 hectares of wonderful Mediterranean scrub with spectacular views of the Etruscan coast. For those who love peace in the green, this is the ideal vacation. Children’s games. The last 600 meters to the house are on a unpaved road. In the immediate vicinity, small historical centers to visit, excellent restaurants and pizzerias.
