Villa Elena an excellent estate with attention to detail a corner of paradise
Villa Elena is immersed in the splendid landscape of the Valdarno Valley in the municipality of Reggello, near Florence (15 min), Siena and Arezzo. An ideal place for a quiet and relaxing holiday.
Villa Elena is located in a large fenced area with an infinity pool of 14x7m and a depth of 1.40 (heatable on request) from which you can enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding hills. After a long restoration of the villa, it offers 5 elegant double rooms equipped with every comfort in the main house. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. The villa is split over two levels. On the ground floor there is the well equipped kitchen with dining area, dining room and exit to the equipped veranda, living room with fireplace and large lounge. The five bedrooms with parquet flooring are located on the first floor and have internet access, safe, minibar, satellite TV and convection and air condition.
The “Fienile” front annex is a modern and cool annex that exudes a lot of warmth and comfort. It has three bedrooms. Two on the ground floor and a large bedroom on the upper floor. Each room with its own bathroom.
Villa Elena offers its guests an infinity pool with salt water overlooking the valley, a large solarium area and an adjoining small relaxation area with sauna and exercise equipment.
