Casa Pratellaccia is an ancient country house located in the municipality of Monteverdi Marittimo
Casa Pratellaccia of approx. 265smq, is a very beautiful country house that has recently been carefully renovated in the Tuscan style to keep its characteristic style. It has space for up to 8 people. The house on two levels is located on an area of approx.10.000sqm. The garden, with its pool of 11x4m and 1.40m deep, was laid out with a lot of love. The whole area is surrounded by a power fence and guests can decide to activate it or not. The sea of Marina di Castagneto Carducci can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. The small town of Monteverdi it about 8km far.
The entrance leads to the hallway with cloakroom, very well’ equipped kitchen (open space) with island, large table with benches, comfortable sofa with armchairs to relax in front of the fireplace. There are two exits to the covered equipped terrace of about 40sqm and one exit to the front entrance of the house. Separate TV room with pull-out sofa bed, en suite bathroom, laundry room with washer. The entire lower area is in travertine floor with underfloor heating.
A narrow spiral staircase leads to the bedrooms on the upper floor. which can, however, also be reached from outside. 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with two single beds, which can also be put together if necessary. 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with tub and shower. In all bedroom air condition.
The house can be reached via a small gravel road of approx. 500m
It should be noted that there is a power pole about 250 meters from to the rear of the villa. For those who are very sensitive to this, this should be mentioned here. It doesn’t detract from the beautiful atmosphere of the holiday home.
